CrossFit Class

Group Coached Cross Training Classes plus options for Online Coaching 

 

Work out in private or semi-private group-coached classes. Available Monday-Thursday @ 5:30 pm. Option: Online Programming

 

Each class lasts about 45 minutes to one hour. You can typically expect a dynamic warm-up, a strength move, or technique practice followed by the WOD (Workout Of the Day).

 

The WOD is designed to challenge you as a person and an athlete.  The WODs focus on cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and most importantly accuracy. In these workouts, we aim to prepare our athletes for any physical demand in the gym and their everyday lives.  Every WOD is logged so we can track our personal progress to ensure measurable and repeatable results.

 

Your coaches will clearly explain the plan for the day, teach you the proper technique for each exercise, and answer any questions you may have before class gets started.

 

You will be working out with anywhere from 2 – 8 really fun people who are here to achieve their best effort. It is a group atmosphere where the motivation comes from wanting to do your best, competing with yourself, and helping others be better by cheering each other on. Option: Programming

 

You will not find a more positive, encouraging, challenging workout experience anywhere else.

Diana is a NASM-certified personal trainer who can take your fitness goals and turn them into reality.  It won't be easy, but she can craft a plan that will challenge you and ensure you will see the results you are looking for.  The only catch is you will earn every drop of sweat.

Forever Strong has a method for coaching ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity, Forever Strong emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for athletes. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Forever Strong's Methods are meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status of each athlete.
